Police Commissioner Amber Kishore Jha met Subedari ASI Suvarna on Monday to congratulate her on winning a bronze medal in the 67th National Shooting Championship. The competition was organized by the National Rifle Association of India in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, from December 15 to 31 last year.
To honor her achievement, the Commissioner presented her with a shawl. Special Branch ACP Jitender Reddy and Subedari CI Satyanarayana Reddy were also present during the event.
Suvarna represented Telangana in the championship and participated in the 50-meter prone category. Competing against international athletes, she scored 581 out of 600 points, securing the bronze medal.
