Telangana State Planning Board Vice-Chairman B Vinod Kumar has stated that Telangana is leading the country in terms of skilled workforce over the past ten years under the BRS government. He urged the Congress government to continue this progress. Many youths from different parts of the country are coming to Telangana due to the ample employment opportunities available. Telangana has the highest employment generation capacity at 85.45%. Vinod Kumar also encouraged degree holders, MBA graduates, B.Tech graduates, and others with higher education to make use of opportunities in both the government and private sectors. The BRS government played a significant role in providing employment opportunities by attracting foreign companies to Hyderabad. It is hoped that Telangana will continue to excel in terms of skilled employees and other sectors.
The BRS leader highlighted the efforts made by the government to create employment opportunities and promote entrepreneurship. Initiatives such as T-Hub and T-works have resulted in many innovations. The government has also established IT Towers in tier two towns in the state. The Skill India report has acknowledged the coordination between T-Works and T-Hub, as well as the success of various hackathons and innovation challenges. Vinod Kumar emphasized that the BRS has transformed Telangana, which is evident in the comparison between the old and new Telangana.
