The BalalaHakkula Sangam wants the government to ban corporate educational institutions. They believe that these schools and colleges are causing extreme stress in students and leading to suicides. The BHS president accused private school and college managers of harassing students and demanded that the government take action against them.

The BHSS leader criticized government policies of only taking action after something bad happens in schools. They want recognition to colleges cancelled when incidents of ragging and suicides are reported from their campuses. The BHSS also suggested that non-bailable cases be slapped under attempt to murder against the managements.

Parents were advised to keep an eye on their children when they are forcing them to get admission in corporate colleges. The BHSS State general secretary complained about the quality of food served in KGBVs and Gurukul schools. Students lack basic amenities like toilets, and access to education in Telangana goes beyond the reach of SCs, STs, BCs, and other poor.
