The leader of the Telangana Bharatiya Janata Party, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, believes that the people of Telangana will choose PM Modi’s BJP over KCR in the upcoming elections because Modi creates jobs while KCR causes trouble. He tweeted this sentiment on Tuesday and also accused KCR of putting 30 lakh youth in jeopardy with paper leaks and thrashing the Biswal Committee report.
At a State executive committee meeting on Monday, the BJP decided to campaign under the slogan “Vote for Lotus to ensure jobs to all eligible youth” and launch a door-to-door campaign from May 30 to June 30 called “Maha Jana Sampark Abhiyaan” to inform people about various development and welfare programs by the Modi government in the last nine years. Bandi criticized the KCR government for failing to implement Centrally-sponsored development and welfare programs in the state.
Bandi alleged that KCR was conspiring with the Congress, AIMIM, and a section of media to spread a venomous campaign against the BJP. He also claimed that KCR was spending money lavishly across the country to defeat the BJP and was known for betrayal. Bandi said people of Telangana have concluded to send BRS home and bring BJP to power, as reflected in several electoral results since 2019.
