The secretary of the Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Samiti, RavinutalaSashidhar, urged the Archakas to guide society in organizing programs that promote devotion and patriotism during public festivals. He made this statement during a meeting of the Archakas organized by the Samithi’s LB Nagar Assembly Committee. Sashidhar emphasized the important role of priests in unifying the Hindu society and protecting the Sanatan Dharma. He also called for efforts to counteract those who are spreading false propaganda against the religion. Sashidhar suggested rebuilding the temple system and having priests play a significant role in it, as well as adopting service programs in every temple.
The meeting was chaired by PurushottamaCharyu and coordinated by BGUS Assembly Co-ConvenorVenkanna. Various VHP leaders and BGUS Assembly committee members also attended the event.
