The income from Sri Ramanavami Brahmotsavam organized by Bhadrachalam Sita Ramachandra Swamy Devasthanam last month was lower than expected. The Devasthanam spent Rs 2,37,30,121 but only earned Rs 1,89,61,124. The income included money from ticket sales, services, Archana Seva, Talambras, TSRTC cargo services, counter sales, and prasads.
There is still no information on the sales of VVIP tickets, VIP tickets, and other costly tickets. Details about the proceeds from the bilateral ticket sales are also pending.
One devotee mentioned that fewer people attended the Brahmotsavam this year due to the ongoing election period.
