    Sircilla: BRS is preparing for a showdown with Congress over phone tapping, a hot topic during the election campaign.

    During a media conference on Friday, KCR promised to reveal the truth about phone tapping in a few days. He criticized Congress for resorting to politics to cover up their failures.

    KCR blamed Congress for the current drought situation in the state, calling it a man-made crisis. He demanded compensation for farmers who committed suicide and for crop damage.

    He pointed out that no district had faced crop failure in the last 10 years until now, attributing the current situation to the government’s poor water management.

    KCR also accused the government of failing to provide timely support to farmers, leading to widespread crop damage. He warned that people will not tolerate such negligence.

    The BRS chief criticized Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s statement about the Lok Sabha elections being a referendum on the Congress government. He predicted a backlash from farmers over unfulfilled promises.

    KCR questioned the state’s power shortage despite increased electricity generation capacity. He also highlighted the government’s lack of knowledge about important infrastructure projects like Kaleshwaram.

    He accused the current government of neglecting projects initiated by his administration and trying to discredit their success. KCR vowed to stand with farmers and protest against their hardships.
