Former minister and MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has announced that he will start his election campaign from the Tripura Sundari (Thippalamma) temple in Tippalayagudem village. He believes that Goddess Thippalamma is powerful and glorious, so he wants to begin his campaign by visiting the temple.
Reddy considers Tipparti his hometown, where people show him a lot of love and affection. He plans to tour every village in the Nalgonda assembly constituency starting Monday. During his tour, he will meet with the poor and neglected sections of society. Reddy is committed to helping needy families with his own funds, without relying on the government for assistance.
Reddy also prayed to the goddess, hoping that the Congress party will come to power in Telangana.
