District Collector Pamela Satpathy inaugurated a Chalivendram in Karimnagar Collectorate premises on Wednesday, organized by TNGOs Association. The Chalivendram aims to provide drinking water to people visiting the Collectorate.
During the inauguration, the Collector praised the initiative of setting up Chalivendram under TNGOs to cater to the water needs of visitors. Leaders from voluntary organizations and trade unions also suggested establishing similar facilities in villages.
ORS packets have been made available at the Chalivendram with the assistance of DM&HO Sujatha. Various officials and TNGOs representatives, along with Women JAC Chairman and other leaders, attended the event. The inauguration was attended by many employees and participants who supported the initiative.
