    In Bhadradri Kothagudem district, the Bar Association organized grand celebrations for Telangana Independence Day at the Kothagudem court premises. District Chief Justice Patil Vasant hoisted the national flag and reopened the repaired library hall. The bar President, Lakkineni Satyanarayana, paid tribute to the martyrs who fought for the formation of Telangana state and thanked everyone who participated in the collective strike.

    The bar association also honored lawyers with thirty years of experience in the legal profession. Judges and others joined in the program to mark the occasion.

    The event was a reminder of the sacrifices made for the language, culture, and self-governing power of Telangana. Policemen who indirectly assisted were also acknowledged for their contributions to the event.
