Andhra Pradesh High Court vacation bench judge Justice Pratapa Venkata Jyotirmai has decided not to hear the interim bail petition of former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu. The Judge stated that the Registrar of the High Court will determine which bench will handle the bail petitions of the accused in the skill development scam case. However, the Chief Justice will hear the bail petition on November 30.

Naidu’s lawyers filed a motion petition requesting an urgent hearing for the bail petition, as he needs to undergo a cataract operation on his right eye.
