In Hyderabad, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy issued a strong warning to BRS president and former CM K Chandrashekar Rao. He stated that if the ruling Congress party decides, the pink party could become irrelevant in a matter of hours. Revanth Reddy made it clear that while KCR and his party may have plans, if the Congress party takes action, even their clothes will vanish, let alone their members.
During a press conference marking 100 days of Congress rule in the State, Revanth Reddy, along with Ministers Ponnam Prabhakar, Konda Surekha, Advisor Mohammed Ali Shabbir, and MP M Anil Kumar Yadav, addressed the media at his residence in Jubilee Hills. He highlighted how his government remained vigilant in the face of threats of overthrowing the government from BRS leadership. Revanth Reddy expressed readiness to face any scenario but emphasized that the government will not be toppled.
Revanth Reddy warned BRS to be serious and set a date for their plans, as the government is prepared with its own strategies. He confidently declared that the current government will continue until 2034. The Chief Minister noted that both BRS and BJP leaderships have expressed similar sentiments, but BRS MLAs have approached the government with development issues and support for ‘Vibrant Telangana’.
Revanth Reddy reassured that the Congress party is staying alert and strong in anticipation of any challenges that may arise.
