Collector introduces AI-powered learning

District Collector B M Santosh has announced that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be introduced in government schools to improve teaching. On Saturday, he inaugurated the FLN-AXL Computer Lab at Zilla Parishad High School in Konder village, Erravalli Mandal. During his visit, he inspected the facilities and observed AI-based teaching methods. He also guided teachers on how to use AI in classrooms.

Speaking at the event, Collector Santosh highlighted the importance of AI in making learning more engaging and interactive. He explained that AI can assess students’ learning levels, create customized teaching methods, and improve overall teaching efficiency.

As part of a trial project, AI-powered classes are being introduced in 26 government schools. The project focuses on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), where AI-based digital tools will help students improve their reading, writing, and numerical skills from an early stage.

The Collector instructed teachers to ensure that schools have computers, electronic devices, and proper internet access. He also emphasized the need to make the best use of technology to benefit students.

Several officials attended the program, including Tahsildar Naresh, MEO Amir Pasha, Headmaster Srinivasulu, District Coordinator Esther Rani, along with teachers and students.
