Nalgonda: District Collector Ila Tripathi stressed the importance of improving medical services at the Nalgonda Government General Hospital. She made an unannounced visit to inspect various sections like the casualty, ICU, AMC, surgical and medical wards, radiology, and more.
She spoke with doctors and nurses to assess the healthcare quality at the facility. She checked on the ICU patient count, bed availability, and seasonal disease cases.
After her review, she was pleased with the availability of medicines, medical services, and diagnostic tests. She highlighted that the hospital has all necessary medical equipment and services and encouraged the public to use them. Deputy Superintendent Dr. Srikanth Varma, Assistant Professor Dr. Eshwar, RMO Kiran Kumar, TSMSIDC Rajasekhar, and Jitender accompanied her during the visit.
