Hyderabad: The Congress party has made serious allegations regarding MLC K Kavitha’s recent bail, suggesting that it could lead to the BRS party merging with the BJP.

PCC working president and MLC B Mahesh Kumar Goud expressed concerns that Kavitha’s bail indicates that the merger of BRS with BJP is likely to happen soon. He also claimed that former ministers K T Rama Rao and T Harish Rao have held secret meetings with BJP leaders in New Delhi as part of this plan. According to him, their goal is to challenge the ruling Congress party in Telangana.

Former MLA T Jagga Reddy also voiced similar concerns. He claimed that the BJP and BRS are working closely together, as shown by K Kavitha’s bail. He believes that the meetings between KTR and Harish Rao in Delhi have already started producing results. Reddy further warned that the BRS-BJP alliance will now focus on weakening the Congress government in Telangana. He noted that the BJP lacks a strong presence at the grassroots level in the state, and thus, BRS will continue to support BJP’s growth in Telangana.
