Chief Whip D Vinay Bhaskar spoke at a program in Kazipet on Wednesday, expressing his disappointment with the Congress party. He stated that despite ruling for a significant period of time in independent India, the Congress failed to effectively address the problems faced by the people. Vinay urged the public not to vote for the Congress, as they were unable to ensure safe drinking water for the locals and caused misery by merging Telangana with Andhra Pradesh. He also criticized the BJP for their absence before the elections and mentioned that he personally worked with the people during the coronavirus pandemic when no opposition party offered assistance. Vinay, who is seeking re-election from the Warangal West constituency, recalled his efforts in supporting the development of Kumarpally, even though the local Corporator belonged to the opposition party.
