Kusuma Kumar visited Jogulamba Gadwal district on Sunday as part of his Congress Party duties. He was warmly welcomed by party workers at Erravelli Crossroads.
This visit was the start of an important effort to prepare for local elections. Dr. SA Sampath Kumar, a former Alampur MLA and AICC Secretary, stressed the importance of strengthening the Congress at the local level for election success.
He asked all members to focus on winning the upcoming local polls. Dr. Kumar announced that two corporation positions will be given to each assembly area in the district. He promised fair treatment for all dedicated Congress members.
Kusuma Kumar encouraged those interested in party roles to apply directly. In his speech, Dr. Sampath showed his dedication to the Congress, saying he will always support the party regardless of the outcome.
Many party leaders and members, including Saritha Tirupathayya, the district in-charge, attended the event.
