The Congress in Hyderabad expelled Bakka Judson, a former PCC general secretary, for going against the party. G Chinna Reddy, chairman of the Disciplinary Action Committee (DAC), made the decision to expel Judson for criticizing party leadership and policies on public platforms.

Judson, who was also a former AICC member, had received a show cause notice on March 27 but the PCC was not satisfied with his response. In reaction to his expulsion, Judson thanked the Congress leadership for their support since 1989, but criticized the current leadership in Telangana for not supporting original Congress workers.

Judson’s comments on X platform led to his expulsion from the party.
