Congress leader Osman Bin Mohammed Al-Hajri is once again running for office in the Karwan constituency. He plans to address unresolved civic issues, such as the mosquito menace. Osman has previously been involved with the AIMIM party and has experience as a Waqf activist.

One of Osman’s main concerns is the growing problem of substance abuse among unemployed youth. He wants to help these individuals break free from the clutches of addiction. Additionally, he is raising awareness about the mosquito problem in the constituency, which has resulted in dengue fatalities.

The lack of clean drinking water is another issue affecting the voters in Karwan. People have been suffering from mosquito-related illnesses, and some have even lost loved ones to dengue. Osman had promised to resolve this issue within a year when he ran in 2018, and he filed an affidavit related to this commitment.

Osman is relying on his party’s six guarantees and is focusing his campaign on reaching out to middle-class and BLP families. He believes that the current government has misused public funds and pledges that his party will ensure maximum utilization of funds for welfare. Unlike previous governments, Osman assures voters that his party will fulfill their promises and not make fake commitments.
