The three-day Credai Hyderabad Property Show 2026 concluded successfully on Sunday, drawing approximately 36,000 visitors to the event. The exhibition generated significant business leads and witnessed on-the-spot bookings, marking a positive outcome for the real estate sector in the city.
Organized under the theme ‘Rate Aagadhu Demand Thaggadhu’, the property show served as a platform bringing together developers, homebuyers, and financial institutions. Visitors had the opportunity to explore various RERA-approved residential and commercial projects showcased at the venue in Hyderabad.
The final day of the event featured a panel discussion focusing on ‘Land Auctions, Rising Land Values & the Future of Hyderabad Real Estate’. The discussion examined critical factors impacting the city’s property market, including high-value land auctions, Greater City Corporation expansion, and the growing specialized workforce contributing to urban development.
Key officials present at the concluding event included N. Jaideep Reddy, president of Credai-Hyderabad, B. Jagannath Rao, president-elect, K. Kranti Kiran Reddy, general secretary, along with Sarvesh Singh, director and CEO of Telangana Lifesciences, G. Shrawan Kumar, director of operations at K. Raheja Corp for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and Romil Dubey from CBRE.
