Dale Steyn, a former player for Royal Challengers Bangalore, tweeted the word “Karma” after the team lost a game they were expected to win against Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2023. The tweet quickly went viral, but Steyn deleted it after receiving negative responses. However, fans had already taken screenshots and shared them. Meanwhile, RCB has been fined for maintaining a slow over-rate during the match, with captain Faf du Plessis being fined Rs 12 lakhs. Avesh Khan of Lucknow Super Giants has also been reprimanded for breaching the Code of Conduct.
