    A distressing incident occurred in Yadagirigutta when a couple traveling on a bike was injured by sharp Chinese manja. The couple, who were devotees visiting the temple town, got entangled in the manja, causing them to fall off their bike.

    The husband sustained injuries to his neck, while the wife suffered a severe head injury from the mishap. Locals nearby quickly stepped in to help and rushed the injured couple to a hospital for treatment.

    This incident has highlighted concerns about the use of Chinese manja, a banned material known for its sharpness and dangerous nature, especially during kite-flying activities. Despite the ban, such materials continue to pose risks to public safety.
