The district collector of Mahbubnagar, G Ravi Nayak, promises to help a 13-year-old boy named Raju who has a blood clot in his head. Raju and his mother met with the collector during a meeting called Prajavaani. Raju’s mother asked for financial assistance from the government to pay for his expensive brain surgery. Raju has been suffering from this condition for six years and as he grows, the clot worsens.

During the meeting, the collector noticed that many people who had submitted their grievances were coming back repeatedly. He took this seriously and ordered officials to speed up the resolution of their issues. He also asked departmental heads to work together to address these issues.
