The ongoing Delhi liquorgate case has been marked by several twists and turns. The latest development is the uncertainty surrounding the appearance of BRS MLC K Kavitha before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday. The ED had issued a notice to Kavitha, asking her to appear in person on March 20. However, she did not appear on March 16, citing the absence of a specific mention of appearing before the ED in the notice. Instead, she sent her representative. Meanwhile, Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy was also issued notices to appear before the ED for questioning on Saturday. However, he too skipped the appearance, citing urgent personal work in Chennai.

In light of these developments, the ED has filed a caveat in the Supreme Court. The caveat requests that the court should not make any decision without first hearing their version and examining the evidence they have gathered.
