Ganesh immersion in Khammam district went smoothly and peacefully. Local authorities and police ensured the event was safe by deploying CCTV cameras along the Munneru River and other immersion points. Commissioner of Police Vishnu S Warrier, Collector VP Gautham, and Municipal Commissioner Aditya Surabhi oversaw the proceedings to prevent any problems.
In Bhadrachalam, the immersion of Lord Ganesha idols also went well in the Godavari River. Superintendent of Police Dr G Vineeth made meticulous arrangements for the event. Special traffic boards helped with vehicle movement, and cranes were positioned along the riverbank. District Collector Dr Priyanka Ala appointed officers to closely monitor the program in Bhadrachalam.
