The Hyderabad Public School Society celebrates Shailesh Jejurikar, a former student from the Class of 1984, for his new role as President & CEO-Designate of Procter & Gamble, starting January 1, 2026. Jejurikar, currently the Chief Operating Officer, will be the first graduate from HPS and the first India-born leader to head the global consumer goods company.
Gusti Noria, President of the HPS Society, praised Jejurikar’s leadership, describing him as a representation of HPS’s values and excellence. Jejurikar expressed his appreciation for the support and environment provided by HPS Begumpet, which he credits for shaping his successful path. He joins other notable HPS alumni, such as Satya Nadella and Ajay Banga, who have made significant impacts worldwide.
