The Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS) has announced that they are now accepting applications for Intermediate first-year admissions for the academic year 2023-2024. There are 103 different colleges to choose from, offering courses in subjects like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Commerce, History, Civics, and vocational courses in English medium.
To be eligible for admission, students must have passed the Class X public examinations in March 2023 from SSC/ICSE/CBSE boards. They must also meet certain income requirements: their parents’ annual income cannot exceed Rs 1,50,000 in rural areas and Rs 2,00,000 in urban areas per annum. Additionally, students must be no older than 17 years old as of August 31, 2023.
ST (Scheduled Tribes) students are eligible for a 2-year age relaxation and an application fee of Rs 100 is mandatory. The deadline for registration is June 15. For more information, students and parents can visit the TSWREIS website.
