Farmers and residents from Sompuram, Yarsandoddi, and Sultampuram villages met MLA Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy at his camp office in Gadwal district on Monday. They thanked him for his efforts in getting government approval for a new 11KV substation in Sompuram village, KTDoddi Mandal.
To show their appreciation, the villagers honored the MLA by presenting him with a flower bouquet and draping a shawl over him. They also distributed sweets as a gesture of gratitude.
The government has approved a budget of Rs 354.71 lakh for the substation project, which is expected to improve the electricity supply in the region.
