GHMC officials have seized the well-known Banjara hotel in Hyderabad. The action was taken because the hotel had not paid its taxes.
Reports say that the hotel owes Rs 1.40 crore in unpaid taxes. Despite receiving multiple notices, the management did not respond or clear the dues.
