GITAM (Deemed to be a University) and cybersecurity company Ashtaksha Labs have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together on cybersecurity research, education, and innovation. The partnership will focus on collaborative research, faculty development programs, student internships, and creating advanced cybersecurity solutions.

The goal of this partnership is to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing students with practical experience and equipping them with the skills needed to address current cyber threats. The aim is to stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity challenges in our interconnected world.

Prof. K N S Acharya, Pro Vice-Chancellor of GITAM (Deemed to be University), expressed his excitement about the MoU, stating that it opens new opportunities for students and faculty to engage in real-world projects.
