Hyderabad: The Telangana Government Doctors’ Association (TGGDA) and Telangana Teaching Government Doctors Association (TTGDA) expressed gratitude to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Health Minister C Damodar Raja Narsimha for approving long-awaited promotions.
Dr. Narahari, President of TGGDA, and Dr. Lalu Prasad Rathod, Secretary General, congratulated the newly promoted officers. They celebrated the promotions of 44 principals and superintendents, which had been delayed for four years due to technical issues, including 65 amendments.
TTGDA President Dr. Kiran Bollepaka and General Secretary Dr. Kiran Madhala also thanked the Chief Minister and Health Minister. They praised Health Secretary Christina Z Chongthu, Director of Medical Education Dr. Narendra Kumar, and Additional DME Dr. Vani for their transparent handling of the promotional process. This event marks a historic achievement in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with postings made efficiently and fairly. The association appreciated the attention to 349 professor promotions, a long-standing demand now addressed.
