Hyderabad: Union Minister Bandi Sanjay got out of a police vehicle and sat on the road at the entrance of the Telugu Talli Flyover. He was demanding that the state government make a statement to withdraw Government Order (GO) No. 29.

Adilabad MLA Payala Shankar joined Sanjay in the protest. A large number of Group-I aspirants gathered to shield the minister, trying to stop the police from getting to him. The ‘Chalo Secretariat’ rally, led by Sanjay Kumar, caused tension from Rama Krishna Mutt Road to the Telugu Talli Flyover. Sanjay refused to move until the state government announced the repeal of GO No. 29, which he said was necessary to provide justice to the unemployed.
