Ponnam Ashok Goud, a former president of the Telangana High Court Advocates’ Association (THCAA), led the demonstration. He strongly condemned the remarks and demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi remove Amit Shah from the Cabinet immediately. Goud stated that such comments against a respected leader like Dr. Ambedkar were unacceptable.

During the protest, advocate Kadire Krishna also spoke out against Shah. He criticized Shah, a member of the Jain minority community, for making what he described as “shameful” remarks about Dr. Ambedkar. Krishna pointed out the irony, stating that Shah is benefiting from constitutional provisions created to uplift the downtrodden, yet he made critical comments about the architect of the Constitution.
