Hyderabad police raid hookah parlour, arrest two

The Hyderabad Commissioner’s Task Force, along with the Chandrayangutta Police, conducted raids on a hookah parlor and arrested two individuals.

The police identified the arrested individuals as Khaled Bahamed, the owner of the hookah parlor at Chandrayangutta X Roads, and Imran Pasha. During the raid, officers seized seven hookah pots, seven pipes, and other materials worth ₹30,000. The arrested individuals and the seized items were handed over to the Chandrayangutta Police for further action.

The raid was carried out under the supervision of Inspector S Saidababu and the south-east zone task force team.

In another operation, the south-east zone task force, along with Santosh Nagar Police, raided a gaming den. They arrested 18 people, including the manager.

The arrested individuals included Akbar Hussain, the manager, and 17 others who were gambling. All of them, along with the seized materials, were handed over to the Santosh Nagar Police for further investigation.
