Hyderabad Water Board repairs damaged pump

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Water Board has fixed the damaged water pumps at the Aliabad reservoir.

On Monday, an electrical cable near the reservoir in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Division No. 8 caused a short circuit. This problem led to the shutdown of 100 water pumps. As a result, water supply was disrupted in areas under Division-1 and Division-8.

After the issue was reported, the Water Board quickly began repair work. The damaged cable was fixed, and the pumps were restored. Water supply has now returned to normal in the affected areas.
