    Residents of Dooskal in Shadnagar recently reported a wildlife encounter near the outskirts of the village. They alerted the Shadnagar police about a creature that was initially thought to be a cheetah. The creature had approached the village and attacked a calf, resulting in its unfortunate death.

    Upon receiving the information, the Shadnagar police immediately visited the location along with the Forest Beat Officer. After examining the situation thoroughly, it was determined that the animal in question was actually a hyena, not a cheetah as previously believed.

    This incident has raised concerns among the local community about the presence of a hyena nearby. Authorities are requesting villagers to stay vigilant and report any sightings or information regarding the hyena. This is crucial to ensure the safety of both residents and livestock.
