India’s First Commonwealth AI Global Summit to Be Held in City

Hyderabad will host a major international healthcare technology conference this month. The Commonwealth AI Global Summit 2025 takes place on November 22 and 23, marking the first time this important event comes to India.

Three leading medical organizations are working together to organize this summit. The Commonwealth Medical Association, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, and Indian Medical Association Hyderabad have joined forces for this groundbreaking event.

The conference focuses on bringing artificial intelligence and healthcare professionals together. Organizers chose the theme “Encourage – Educate – Empower” to highlight their mission of building stronger connections between technology and medicine worldwide.

Top government officials will attend as special guests. Supreme Court Judge Justice Ujjal Bhuyan, Goa Governor P Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, and Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka will all participate in the summit.

Several Telangana cabinet ministers and senior government officials will also join the event as honored guests. This high-level participation shows the importance government leaders place on healthcare technology advancement.

Dr Prabhakar Challagalli leads the organization as Organising Chairman and heads the AI Digital Committee. He believes this summit creates a historic chance for India to become a leader in healthcare technology innovation.

The summit will explore how artificial intelligence can transform medical care. Experts will discuss using AI for better disease diagnosis, improved patient treatment, and stronger public health systems across the country.

A special training workshop will run alongside the main conference. Participants can learn about the Fellowship Certificate Course in Commonwealth AI and Digital Health Card (FCAD) through hands-on sessions and expert lectures.

Dr P V Nanda Kumar Reddy from Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences will lead important sessions. Dr G Jogulal Krishna, who serves as Organising Secretary for the Commonwealth Medical Association London, will also guide key discussions.

The event brings together government policy makers, technology experts, and medical professionals from around the world. Organizers expect this summit to significantly advance digital health systems and medical education in India and beyond.
