Intense Competition for Mahabubnagar MP Seat as Congress, BJP, and BRS Candidates Vie for Victory

Challa Vamshi Chand Reddy, the Congress MP candidate, submitted two sets of nomination papers in Mahabubnagar on Friday. He was joined by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, Mahabubnagar MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy, AICC secretary Sampath Kumar, and Makthal MLA SriHari.

A large rally started from the Clock Tower, drawing thousands of Congress activists and the public to support Challa Vamshi Chand during the nomination submission. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy made a special trip from Hyderabad to be part of the procession.

The Mahabubnagar Lok Sabha constituency is gearing up for a tough competition between the Congress, BJP, and BRS candidates. Congress has Challa Vamshi Chand as their candidate, BJP nominated D.K Aruna, and BRS has Manne Srinivas Reddy as their sitting MP candidate.

Recent survey reports show BJP’s D.K Aruna in the lead, followed by Congress’ Challa Vamshi Chand, with BRS in third place. With the Election Commission’s notification released and the nomination process ongoing since April 18th, all three parties are working hard to attract voters.

Political analysts believe that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is determined to secure victory for Congress in Mahabubnagar after learning of BJP’s advantage in internal survey reports. His visit to Mahabubnagar for Challa Vamshi Chand’s nomination process is boosting morale among Congress members and shows his commitment to winning the Mahabubnagar MP seat.
