Hyderabad: The Institute of Public Enterprise is hosting a two-day international conference at its Shamirpet campus. This event, organized with the Global Research Foundation for Corporate Governance, focuses on creating sustainable businesses by combining financial strategies, ESG principles, and workplace harmony.
Today marks the last day of the conference. On Friday, notable speakers shared their expertise. Among them were Prof Christopher John Cowton from the University of Huddersfield, UK, Prof Gerhard Schnyder of Loughborough University London, Prof Irene-marié Esser from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, Prof Padmini Srinivasan from IIM Bangalore, and Saurabh Mukherjea, Chief Investment Officer at Marcellus Investment Managers. Other prominent figures included Prof Jai Prakash Sharma, Prof Ram Kumar Mishra, and Prof S Sreenivasa Murthy.
The gathering encourages diverse viewpoints to enhance discussions on responsible business practices. Participants include paper presenters, academics, researchers, and industry leaders, according to Prof Murthy.
