Hyderabad: The Aristotle School of Business Management in Chilkur – Moinabad organized a trip to the Rural Technology Park at the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR) in Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. This visit was part of their MBA program, aiming to connect academic learning with real-world industry practices.
A group of 55 senior MBA students, along with nine faculty members, took part in the visit. The purpose was to provide students with insights into rural entrepreneurship and sustainable technologies, focusing on the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector, which is vital to India’s economy. During the tour, students interacted with experts and industry professionals in rural technology.
They learned about innovative technologies and business models for rural areas, including sustainable building techniques, eco-friendly practices, renewable energy solutions, and activities that generate income using local skills. Dr. L Srinivas Reddy, the principal, stated that this experience expanded students’ knowledge of rural development and highlighted the importance of innovation and sustainability in business.
The school’s management thanked the faculty and organizers for making the visit successful. They believe that such initiatives will greatly enhance students’ academic experiences, preparing them to tackle challenges and seize opportunities in both rural and urban industries.
