Prashant Kishor, a political strategist who helped the YSRCP win in Andhra Pradesh in 2019, recently stated that the Jaganmohan Reddy government is likely to follow a similar path as KCR’s government in Telangana.
Kishor emphasized the importance of being actively present among the people and focusing on key issues like Education, Employment, and Development to win votes. He criticized the lack of development in Andhra Pradesh over the past five years and noted that Jaganmohan Reddy’s absence from public interactions could harm his chances in the upcoming elections.
Drawing parallels to KCR’s leadership style, Kishor suggested that Jaganmohan Reddy’s reliance on welfare schemes without addressing unemployment and developmental issues may lead to dissatisfaction among voters and impact his election prospects negatively.
Kishor’s comments came during a meeting in Hyderabad, where he highlighted the need for political leaders to engage directly with the public and prioritize policies that address critical concerns like education, job creation, and overall development.
