K Chandrashekar Rao, the BRS chief, criticized the Congress-led government in the state, saying that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s administration was worse than previous governments in united Andhra Pradesh. He made these remarks during a public meeting at SRS College grounds in Karimnagar.
During his speech, KCR targeted both the state and central ruling parties and urged voters to support his party in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. He criticized the Chief Minister and his ministers for their language, citing examples of disrespectful statements made by them.
KCR called on the Chief Minister to act responsibly and not speak recklessly. He accused Congress leaders of sending suitcases to Delhi and claimed that they were undermining the reputation of Telangana by frequent trips to the capital.
The BRS chief emphasized the importance of his party’s role in the Assembly and Parliament, stating that they were the voice of Telangana. He urged party leaders to have courage and be willing to take risks for the betterment of the state.
In addition, KCR questioned the effectiveness of BJP MPs from Telangana and criticized the current government for its handling of important schemes like Mission Bhagiratha. He expressed disappointment in the lack of progress and implementation under the current administration.
Finally, KCR highlighted the differences between BJP candidate Bandi Sanjay and Vinod Kumar, stating that Karimnagar had received funds when Vinod was an MP, emphasizing his honesty and integrity.
