    Hyderabad: Minister for BC Welfare and Transport, Ponnam Prabhakar, has formally invited K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR), Telangana’s first Chief Minister and the leader of the Opposition, to attend the unveiling ceremony of the Telangana Talli statue. The event is set to take place on December 9.

    To extend the invitation, Ponnam Prabhakar, along with his team, visited KCR’s residence in Erravelli village, located in Siddipet district. The delegation was warmly welcomed by several prominent leaders, including former MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar, former MLA Jeevan Reddy, and BRS leader Vamshidhar Rao.

    In a gesture symbolizing mutual respect, KCR hosted a lunch for Minister Ponnam Prabhakar at his residence. During their conversation, the two leaders fondly recalled memories of the Telangana statehood movement and key events that unfolded in Delhi during that time.

    The Minister was joined on this visit by Government Protocol and Public Relations Advisor Harkara Venugopal, Department of Protocol Director Venkat Rao, and other officials.
