The Shobhayatra of Khairatabad Ganesh will start at 7 am on Thursday. Devotees are flocking to Khairatabad Ganesh to catch a final glimpse of the 63-feet tall idol. This year, the procession began early to avoid traffic jams and complete the immersion process quickly.
The procession is scheduled to begin at 7 am and will reach its immersion place at NTR Marg, Crane No. 4. According to the organizers, it is expected to reach NTR Marg at 11 am, where all the final rituals will take place. The immersion will take place around 11:30 am to 12 pm.
The route for the Khairtabad Bada Ganesh procession is as follows: From Khairtabad Library to the immersion point at NTR Garden, passing through MCH ward office, More Supermarket, Khairtabad Bada Mosque, Chilla, Sensation Theatre, Telephone Bhavan, Iqbal Minar, Secretariat old gate, and Telugutally Bus Stop. Finally, it will reach NTR Marg.
