Former Sirpur MLA Koneru Konappa has stated that his political career is fully dedicated to the welfare and development of the people in his constituency. He expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming support he has received from the public. He mentioned that being elected as an MLA three times was a rare honor and thanked the people for their trust in him.
Speaking at a press conference in Kagaznagar on Monday, Konappa criticized certain political leaders who, according to him, visit the region like “tourists” and mislead the public with false claims. He pointed out that some of these leaders had even lost their deposits while contesting elections in their own districts but were now making unrealistic promises.
Konappa particularly targeted BRS leader Dr. RS Praveen Kumar, accusing him of spreading false allegations. He questioned why such accusations were being made against him despite his efforts to secure large amounts of funding and undertake important development projects for the constituency.
