Hyderabad: Minister Konda Surekha clarified that her recent comments were aimed at BRS working president KTR and not at actress Samantha. She emphasized that she had no intention of offending the actress or anyone else.

The Minister praised Samantha, calling her an “admiration” and an “exemplary” individual. She explained that her comments were meant to challenge KTR’s views on women and not to hurt Samantha’s feelings. “The way you have worked hard and established yourself is something I deeply admire. If my words have hurt you or your fans, I sincerely apologize and withdraw my comments,” Konda Surekha wrote on X, tagging the actress.
