In Hyderabad, BRS leader Manne Krishank shared that the Centre has provided aid to various states like Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat, but has not fulfilled promises made to Telangana. He criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for favoring BJP-ruled states over Telangana. Krishank emphasized that the BRS is dedicated to opposing the BJP at the Centre to protect the interests of Telangana’s people.

During a press conference at Telangana Bhavan, Krishank pointed out the significant amounts sanctioned by the Prime Minister for BJP-ruled states. He mentioned over 19,500 crore for Uttar Pradesh, 17,000 crore for Ayodhya, 13,000 crore for Varanasi, 1 lakh crore for Gujarat, and funds for other election-bound states. In contrast, he claimed that Telangana did not receive similar financial support. Krishank referred to the BJP as a ‘Big Jhoota Party’ and criticized their delays in fulfilling promises like establishing the Turmeric Board.
