    Hyderabad is a city known for its young talent and progressive policies. According to KT Rama Rao, the Minister for IT and Urban Development, the city’s strong infrastructure and skilled workforce have attracted investments from national and international companies. This was stated during the inauguration of VXI Global Solutions, a leader in customer experience management and business transformation services, which has opened a new delivery center in International Tech Park, Madhapur.

    This marks VXI Global Solutions’ entry into the Indian market. The new contact center in Hyderabad is fully equipped with the latest technology and offers over 120,000 sq. ft. of office space. It plans to accommodate over 1,000 employees by the end of 2023 and aims to expand to 10,000 employees within five years.

    During KTR’s recent visit to the US, he met with Erika King, Chief HR Officer of VXI Global Solutions, who informed him about their plans to expand in Hyderabad. KTR highlighted that Hyderabad is a city that welcomes talent from all over India and provides a conducive environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.

    VXI Global Solutions chose Hyderabad as their location due to its booming IT industry and modern infrastructure. Hyderabad is one of the fastest-growing tech cities in India and has a diverse and highly educated labor force of almost 10 million people.

    Jared Morrison, the COO of VXI Global Solutions, expressed his excitement about the opening of their new center in Hyderabad. He sees it as a long-term commitment and an opportunity to showcase the exceptional talent of the Indian workforce.
