    In Hyderabad, a delegation of BRS MLAs led by party Working President KTR demanded Assembly Speaker G Pasad to disqualify the MLAs who recently switched their loyalty to Congress. 10 BRS MLAs have already joined Congress as part of the ruling party’s operation Akarsh.

    The BRS delegation submitted a memorandum to the Speaker against the defected MLAs to Congress and requested action under the anti-defection law. They also raised concerns about recent protocol violations against BRS MLAs at government-sponsored official programs.

    Sabita Indra Reddy shared how she was humiliated at an official program by not being given proper respect as per protocol. KTR questioned the Speaker about the repeated violations of members’ rights, especially regarding strict adherence to protocol at official programs.

    The delegation also brought attention to a video showing the incident, highlighting the need for action to be taken to address these issues and protect the rights of all members involved.
