The BRS party has announced that they will introduce a Gulf policy for Telangana residents who have gone to countries in the Gulf for employment. KT Rama Rao, the working president of BRS, stated that he will ensure the implementation of this policy in January when he comes into power.
Rama Rao mentioned that a Gulf insurance program will also be established for those primarily working in the Gulf. Similar to the RythuBhima program in the State, insurance will be provided to Gulf expatriates in the upcoming government.
Under this Gulf insurance scheme, each individual will receive insurance coverage of Rs 5 lakhs. Additionally, a comprehensive policy including other welfare programs will be implemented as part of the Gulf policy.
